A New Cycle Begins

I want to share with you why I have decided to re-launch The Ageless Wisdom Shamanic Training and why it is needed now more than ever. It is such a profound time of an expansion of consciousness and the increased levels of light, as well as a shift on a planetary level, with the outer planets Pluto in Aquarius, Uranus in Gemini, and Neptune and Saturn in Aries. This is creating an absolutely massive level of uncertainty and an entirely new frequency.The reason is that there is so much new information being presented, and many of us feel that it is hard to navigate a sense of stability, clarity, and purpose. Yet so many of you have an increasing sense of feeling that you are preparing to share more of your essence and connection to The Source, and want to understand the expansion - the vastness - you are opening yourself up to.This is not channelled new-age information. This is from the quantum field of Ageless Wisdom and comes from many, many lifetimes of study—condensed in such a way to give you the space for your own study and unfurling. Not by telling you to do this or that. This is a powerful shamanic journey into you, to clear fear and bring you into a dimensional shift on a whole new level.

What This Training Offers

The Ageless Wisdom Shamanic Training is a powerful, comprehensive container for you to study, embody, and learn how to consciously unify your entire being with the five elements. This opens you up telepathically and helps you move past self-doubt, procrastination, and egotism.

You’ll begin to become aware of the ancestral DNA — the lens through which you are viewing the world — and awaken a new understanding of your Light Body, so you develop connection consciously with your own Eternal Light.

On this training, you will be held through very explicit journeys on how to deepen your inner journey and become self-aware of the Awareness that watches through you. You’ll learn how to notice where your attention goes on a daily basis, and to train yourself to look through the higher gates from within — gates that bring you deeper into a sense of rested peace.

Real Tools for Real Life

It covers everything from grounding yourself, self realisations, to becoming astutely aware of the etheric field and the fifth dimension, and how to radiate pranic healing for others and the planet from this place.

You can join now and begin your study right away. Upon registration, you’ll receive immediate access to the first two core modules, so you can begin preparing in your own time. Then, we officially begin the journey with our first live group call on 24th September, and from there, the course unfolds over 6 months with ongoing live sessions, integration support, and module releases.

After our first call, the next two modules will be released, with two new modules released monthly inside the private members’ area—alongside curated resources to enrich your study. Each month, you’ll join Rita for a live group call, offering direct guidance, Q&A, and a closing Light Body meditationto support integration.

From Duality to Dharma

For the last 30 years I have studied and practiced Ageless Wisdom Teachings, Solar Philosophy, Esoteric Psychology, whilst working with various Master Plant Teachers; supporting more than twenty thousand people worldwide. In these unprecedented times of awakening, many are experiencing a mix of inspiration and unease, feeling both the connection to the Great Spirit and concern for our planet's future due to the collapsing old paradigm.I aim to guide you through navigating these intense energies, helping you clear dark influences and find internal harmony. By introducing codes of ethics centered on THE LAW OF HARMLESSNESS, I aspire to ensure your safety and growth in your service field. Having been deeply immersed in Telepathy, Kundalini, and Inner Bliss for nearly three decades, I've committed to studying various branches of Ageless Wisdom. Now, I wish to share my insights, sacred practices, and tools to support your journey. I hope to guide you beyond duality and towards your Dharmakaya Nature.

A Path For All

This is not a religious program — it honours all paths, all lineages, and all traditions. You’ll be introduced to universal teachings that draw from Vajrayana Buddhism, Ageless Wisdom, Esoteric Psychology, and Solar Philosophy. We also explore how Master Plant Teachers are supporting this moment of global awakening, and how to understand their various purposes with discernment and humility. This is a lifetime path. You are not expected to arrive anywhere — only to walk it with awareness.

Ceremony as Relationship

Rita also offers additional teachings inside the course to support your conscious relationship with ceremonial tools — including feathers, palo santo, and other sacred elements often used in healing and prayer work. These are not taught as techniques to be performed, but as pathways into reverence. Each tool becomes a bridge — a way of relating to what is unseen, and tending to the subtle field of energy with care.

Prayer and Daily Practice

Inside the member’s area, we also work with three core mantras. These are offered as part of the sacred study — not to be memorised, but to be absorbed, repeated, and lived. Through resonance, the frequency of each mantra begins to integrate into your own breath, heart, and being.

This training weaves together Vajrayana Buddhist White Tantric techniques with teachings from various master plant traditions — crafting a deep and grounded foundation for those called to walk with integrity. Join an existing community of over 250 members from around the world who have walked this sacred path — and step into a new mandala of participants forming for our upcoming live cohort beginning in September. This 6-month immersive training offers over 60 hours of transmission and teaching, shared across 12 in-depth modules, released rhythmically throughout the journey.

Upon registration, you’ll receive immediate access to the first 2 modules to begin laying the foundation. Then, from October through February, two new modules will be released each month in the private members' area, accompanied by supporting practices, reflections, and curated materials.Each month, you’ll also be invited to a 3-hour live session with Rita, offering real-time guidance, energetic attunement, and space for deep Q&A. These sessions are followed by a Somatic Light Body Meditation to support embodiment and integration. All content is available in both video and MP3 format, offering full flexibility in how you engage. Even after the 6-month journey concludes, you’ll be warmly welcomed into the ongoing monthly live calls, allowing you to remain connected to the field and deepen with the teachings over time.As a special invitation, participants in this cohort will also have access to a private 3-day retreat in 2026, held exclusively for those walking this path.

Every student is invited to our mid-month live discourse with Rita. These sessions serve as a vital touchpoint, offering an avenue to connect with Rita and fellow students around the world. Rita's personal guidance during these calls offer lively Q&A interactions and supportive dialogues that resonate with your course learning. Each gathering culminates in a guided somatic light body meditation.

While attendance for these live sessions is optional, we encourage active participation. To facilitate your planning, we announce the session dates well in advance. For those unable to attend in real-time, the recorded discourse will be promptly made available in the members' area the subsequent day, ensuring you can engage at a time that suits you best.

About Rita Hraiz

SHAMANIC TEACHER OF AGELESS WISDOM

Rita Hraiz is a grandmother from Glastonbury UK, as well as a visionary artist, clothes designer for Mudra and has been a respected student of Ageless Wisdom, Solar Philosophy, Shamanism and Esoteric Psychology for the last 30 years. She has internationally held Dharmakaya Retreats for the last 17 years carrying these ancient teachings to sacred lands. Her circles provide a clear sanctuary space, giving many an opportunity to really anchor into their own divinity.

Through her innate understanding of White Tantra and the Science of Kundalini, Mahamudra and The Dharmakaya she inspires individuals to access their own intuitive body wisdom. Rita’s art is an expression of her kundalini awakening, meditations and inner vision connection to the plant teachers.
