We gather under the New Moon leading up to the Autumn Equinox. This period represents a fresh start, a time of new beginnings and infinite potential. The New Moon encourages you to trust the process of growth.
The Autumn Equinox, a moment of perfect balance between day and night, invites us into a sacred pause. Spiritually, it is a threshold — a time to reflect, release, and realign. As the Earth prepares for rest, we too are called inward, to harvest the lessons of the year and let go of what no longer serves our path. This is a season of gratitude and transformation. The light begins to wane, guiding us into the darker half of the year — not as something to fear, but as an invitation to deepen our inner work. Just as nature surrenders with grace, we are reminded that endings are necessary for new beginnings.

INSTRUCTIONS:
- PLEASE BRING AN ITEM YOU CAN PUT ON THE ALTAR FOR HEALING THAT YOU WILL TAKE AWAY AT THE END OF THIS EVENT. Suggested items: stones, feathers, corn, or something biodegradable that you can either gift to the Earth afterwards or place in your own altar at home

- You are welcome to bring any musical instruments that you have and would like to use during the circle: Drums, rattles, shakers, other percussion instruments, guitar, and more…
- If you don't have any Shamanic drums or other musical instruments, please don't worry as some will be provided by me that you are welcome to use during this circle
- A cushion, a yoga mat and a blanket for the healing round
