For your own comfort please bring your own comfy pillows, blankets and yoga mat; if you choose to participate laying down.
You will be exposed to a wide variety of instruments and sounds that carry frequencies and vibrations that can help you in the following areas:

Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the start time. The doors will shut promptly at the start time and will not be opened again due to the sound bath commencing.

Like most things, there are unfortunately a few contraindications that make a sound baths unsuitable for some people. When you make your payment, it is assumed that you have fully read the entire event description.
