Shamans believe in three planes of existence. The Middle World, our physical world that we live in, the Upper World and the Lower World.

Through journeying and connecting to the Tree of Life we can traverse the bridge between these worlds - to connect with our guides, power animals and ancestors, for healing, for divination and for guidance.

Each session will include various journeys to help strengthen the bond between ourselves and our guides as well as travelling for a variety of purposes and intentions.

Please bring something comfortable to lie on and a scarf to cover your eyes with. Blankets and cushions are provided but you may wish to bring extra to lie on.
