We will start our session with Pranayama to clear the mind.
At this stage we’ll be ready, to begin with, the sounds of Gong, Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Bowls, and Ocean drum, clearing the mind and relaxing the body.
After, we’ll be doing individual Shamanic Healing, crystal healing, Sound Bowl massage, Reiki, and 5th-dimensional energy healing to give you an optimum healing and relaxing experience. You'll also be receiving individual Sound Healing & Tibetan Bowl massages, within the group setting.
You will receive an aura cleanse with a 528 Hz tuning fork, which is used for DNA repair.
Finally, you will experience acoustic Binaural beats of 111 Hz which are created from combining frequencies of the two forks together. 111 Hz has been found in caves and in ancient temples around the World. It creates a bright and uplifting feeling.
How is the Shamanic Healing carried out?
The Shamanic Quantum Sound Bath includes smudging, hands-on healing, divination, crystal therapy, sound healing, energy extractions, balancing, etc.
