I'm holding a safe space where you can completely let go of all Stress, Anxiety and thoughts. Coming out of your mind and going into your heart, using Guided Meditation, Mantra, Deep Breathing and beautiful Shamanic Journey. I invite you to be part of this gathering of souls to celebrate love, peace & happiness. Basking in the powerful energies of the Full Harvest Moon, the wisdom of the Gong & the strength of the Shamanic Drum whilst letting our voices rise in unison, repeating the powerful Ganesh Mantra.

I invite you to this safe space to reawaken and cleanse the parts of you that have been forgotten, abandoned or shamed. White Sage & Palo Santo will be used to help us focus and remove negative energies allowing us to connect to our true self. As we journey from the darkness to the light, this event offers you a sanctuary to find your inner equilibrium.

We will start with this powerful mantra, "Om Gam Ganapataye Nama" , it is like having an oral smudge and a great mantra when it comes to grounding yourself. This Mantra is used to inspire transformation and helps you to become a more mindful and balanced version of yourself. In Hinduism It is thought to call upon the energy of Ganesh who is widely revered as the remover of obstacles and lord of beginnings. This mantra is connected with the Root Chakra, so by repeating this mantra 108 times, it can really help to unblock some deeply buried emotions and in turn helps to bring awareness, wisdom inner unity, compassion, and peace.

There will be a short silence to help absorb the feeling of the Mantra before starting to play an array of beautiful instruments, along with using 2 large 36inch Gongs and a 22inch Shamanic Drum, helping you go on a deep Journey. The ascending tempo will induce light to deep trance states, journeying to a landscape & visualising colour and touch the soul, offering healing, rejuvenation, and alignment.

Through sound & vibration you will be able to let go of everyday stress, decompress and get the relaxation we have all been lacking over the past months.
