5.40pm - 6.05pm: Kids' taster Kung Fu (Chan Hall) + adults' taster Kung Fu (Fist Hall)

6.10pm - 6.40pm: Taster meditation & Qigong (Chan Hall)

6.40pm - 8.30pm: Group dinner, drinks and snacks - party time!


Donations on the door. Suggested party entry donation of £10 for adults or £5 for kids.
