Shape the future of the people profession!
Wed 29 March 2017, 14:00 – 16:30 BST
We’re creating a new definition of what it means to be a people professional, to ensure we continue to fulfil our purpose to champion better work and working lives as the world of work evolves. We started this programme of work two years ago by working with our members, the wider HR community and business leaders to set out the fundamental principles that can guide good practice in any context.
Join us on Wednesday 29 March, as we take the next step on our journey – developing a Professional Standards Framework, which will clearly define professional standards for CIPD members and the wider people profession. Attendees will have the chance to help shape the future of the profession, as we develop and refine the framework through a series of interactive workshops, discussions and debates.
The event will take place in London and is free to attend. Whether you are a student representing the future of the profession, or you have years of experience to share: we’d love to hear from you.
If you can’t make an event in London but would still like to have your say, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll keep you updated about other opportunities to get involved - both online and in your local areas.
