Shape Up Graduates is an hour’s exercise session for anyone who has completed the Shape Up course. The aim of this session is to help anyone who has completed Shape Up continue on their weight loss journey.
Yes. If you do not book a space via Eventbrite you cannot attend.
Sessions are £4 each or £35 for a block booking (£10 sessions).
Yes, there is parking at Belmont. You do not have to pay, but you will need to put a ticket in your car.
Sessions are paid for on site at Belmont via a card machine.
You have the responsibility of cancelling the booking online. The space will then become available to others. If you fail to do this on multiple occasions you will be issued a warning.
Continue with the booking so that you can go onto a waiting list. If someone cancels, the spaces will be reallocated to those on the waiting list. If offered a space whilst on the waiting list, you will receive an email and have 2 hours to confirm if you will be attending.
