Do I need to book a space in order to attend?

Yes. If you do not book a space via Eventbrite you cannot attend.

How much do the sessions cost?

Sessions are £4 each or £35 for a block booking (10 sessions).

Is there parking?

Yes, there is parking at Cedars either outside on the road or in the church carpark opposite.

How do I pay for sessions?

Sessions are paid for on site at Cedars reception, either cash or card.

What should I do if I can no longer attend?

Accepted Answer

You have the responsibility of cancelling the booking online. The space will then become available to others. If you fail to do this on multiple occasions you will be issued a warning.

Question 6

What do I do if there are no more spaces available?

Accepted Answer

Continue with the booking so that you can go onto a waiting list. If someone cancels, the spaces will be reallocated to those on the waiting list. If offered a space whilst on the waiting list, you will receive an email and have 2 hours to confirm if you will be attending.
