Join us to gain an insight into what skills to look for and how to develop them. This session will include a specific section on succession planning for senior roles.

This session is a part of Shaping a Thriving Team programme of four, 2.5-hour, online workshops. The workshops aim to help leaders and organisations develop the skills and insights they need to create healthy, thriving teams for the post covid world.

The four workshops in this programme are available and helpful as stand alone sessions, though they are designed to add extra value as a combined programme.
