About this event

FOR SUPPORTERS AND MEMBERS ONLY

Share and Learn Sessions bring together organisations to talk through common employment challenges around a certain characteristic of the Good Employment Charter.

During this session we will discuss employment challenges around hybrid working/ the return to office and share ideas on solutions. Attendees will understand how 'flexible work' is assessed during the Charter's membership process and will hear examples of good practice from across the network.

We are delighted to be joined by Stacey Galloway, (Internal Sales Manager), from Belmont Packaging in Wigan. Belmont Packaging were one of the first manufacturing organisations to transition to a 4 day working week back in 2021, when the practice was unheard of in the sector. Stacey will be sharing their journey with us, any challenges they faced and the impact that the 4 day week has had on the organisation and its employees.
