Share and Learn Sessions bring together organisations to talk through common employment challenges around a certain characteristic of the Good Employment Charter.

During this session we will discuss employment challenges around recruitment, share ideas on solutions and understand the 'best practice' approach. Attendees will understand how 'recruitment' is assessed during the Charter's membership process and will hear examples of good practice from across the network.

We are delighted to be joined by Devon Poyser, the Equality and Inclusion Business Partner at Southway Housing, who will be sharing some of their inclusive recruitment practices with us.
