Share and Learn Sessions bring together organisations to talk through common employment challenges around a certain characteristic of the Good Employment Charter.

During this session we will discuss employment challenges around people management, share ideas on solutions and understand the 'best practice' approach. Attendees will understand how 'people management' is assessed during the Charter's membership process and will hear examples of good practice from across the network.

We are delighted to be joined by Claire Calman, the Business and People Manager at Starts with you, (a Member of the Charter). Claire will be sharing Starts with you's organisational values and behaviours with the group and the transformational journey they have been on to create these and to embed into the culture.

This is an interactive session aimed at those with people managing roles or those who can effect change within an organisation. Registration will initially be limited to one person per organisation due to the event capacity.
