The Cultural Institute invites you to the share event for Leeds Creative Labs: Climate Edition.

Leeds Creative Labs pairs researchers from the University with creative professionals, to spark collaborations and take risks. Over a six week period, teams of climate researchers have been working with digital creatives to share ideas for innovative new projects.

• Researchers of environmental humanities Graham Huggan, Roger Norum, David Higgins, Jeremy Davies and Pippa Marland matched with creative producer Suzie Cross.
• Associate Professor of sustainability research Katy Roelich matched with Chloe and Abigail Baldwin, founders of creative design and illustration company Buttercrumble.
• Chairs of the Priestley International Centre for Climate Change James Ford, Suraje Dessai, Lea Berrang-Ford, Jason Lowe and Jan Minx matched with architect, photographer, visual artist and documentarian Elisabeth de Bezenac .
  
• Research Fellow Cat Scott and Lecturer in Composition and Music Technology Scott McLaughlin matched with Ruth Parker and Matt Bateman from design studio Flat-e.

At this open event, hear about their experiences, and explore how academia and the creative industries can challenge and inspire each other. There will be ample opportunity for discussion and networking, fuelled by refreshments and lunch.
