Join us every Wednesday for SHARE, a welcoming peer support group for adults across Wales with lived experience of self-harm.

Run by Mental Health Matters Wales, this weekly session provides a safe, non-judgemental space to talk, connect, and take part in helpful activities. Whether you’re looking to open up, listen, or simply be around others who understand – you’ll be met with kindness and support.

What to expect:
• Honest, meaningful conversation
• Emotional support from people who’ve been there
• Practical coping tips and self-care strategies
• Relaxing activities like journaling, music and games
• A relaxed, peer-led atmosphere – no pressure, no judgement

Who can join?
Adults (18+) living anywhere in Wales. You don’t need a referral – just pop in, be yourself, and take what you need from the session.

When:
Every Wednesday, 3:30pm – 5:00pm
