I’m Reuben Christian, an award-winning edutainer, speaker, and visibility coach who’s worked with global brands like TEDx, Channel 4, BBC, and Samsung. For over 20 years, I’ve practiced what I preach - putting myself out there on stages, screens, and online. And every bold move, every awkward first step, has opened doors I couldn’t have imagined, leading to a career I love, that also helps many people.

Share Your Sauce is a fun, energising, and lightly interactive workshop to help you take that same first step towards putting yourself and your work out there with more confidence and purpose.

This isn’t about chasing clout or cracking algorithms. It’s about confronting the real blockers: fear of judgment, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and that voice whispering “who am I to do this?”

Because once you start showing up - even imperfectly - that’s when the unexpected, delicious opportunities begin to land. But none of that can happen if you keep your sauce hidden.

You’ll leave feeling seen, heard, and in motion. And for those who are interested, I’ll share details of an intimate group coaching container I’m launching. It’s a 6-week space for those who want to keep building momentum, confidence, and consistency in how they show up publicly.

There’ll be accountability, creative prompts, honest conversation, and plenty of support from a like-minded crew of people also ready to share their sauce, but without selling their soul or burning out in the process! No pressure - just an open door for those ready to keep going.

Yes yes my friends! I’m Reuben Christian – a visibility and speaking coach, edutainer, and the founder of Dream Rehab, with over 20 years' experience helping people show up powerfully as themselves.

I’ve worked with TEDx, Channel 4, Samsung, the Barbican, and the BBC - and I’m passionate about helping others move through fear, find their voice, and share their message with impact. Whether that’s on stage, on screen, or just showing up online.

I know how uncomfortable visibility can feel. I’ve lived it, wrestled with it, and coached others through it - from artists and entrepreneurs to coaches and creatives. My work blends humour, emotional honesty, and practical action to help people stop holding back and share their sauce.
