Created and hosted by Reuben Christian - edutainer, visibility coach, and founder of Dream Rehab - Share Your Sauce is a 6 week group coaching journey that helps people move through the fear of being seen and start sharing their unique voice with the world.

Over six weeks, participants have:

• Faced down perfectionism, self-doubt, and inner critics
• Reconnected with what makes their voice and story powerful
• Built confidence through small visibility wins
• Collaborated in community to test ideas and co-create
• Crafted content or projects that express their authentic selves
• Developed a personal plan to stay visible — sustainably
  

This showcase is the celebration of that journey - an evening of real stories, raw expression, and brave creativity.

👋 About your host:

Yes yes my friends! I’m Reuben Christian – a visibility and speaking coach, edutainer, and the founder of Dream Rehab, with over 20 years' experience helping people show up powerfully as themselves.

I’ve worked with TEDx, Channel 4, Samsung, the Barbican, and the BBC - and I’m passionate about helping others move through fear, find their voice, and share their message with impact. Whether that’s on stage, on screen, or just showing up online.

I know how uncomfortable visibility can feel. I’ve lived it, wrestled with it, and coached others through it - from artists and entrepreneurs to coaches and creatives. My work blends humour, emotional honesty, and practical action to help people stop holding back and share their sauce.
