Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Macmillan Cancer Support are pooling our expertise and listening to patients to help ensure everyone living with and beyond cancer across North West London can say: “I am confident I am listened to, understood and cared for by experts and am not just part of a system.”
Many people are alive today who were diagnosed with cancer many years ago. This is great news, but with more people getting cancer and living longer with it, we need to look at how to support people to get back to being themselves after cancer treatment, or to live well with cancer.
We want people affected by cancer at the heart of everything we do. You know the most about living with and beyond cancer. That is why we are asking you to join us for this relaxed group session to explore what we can do to ensure that no one faces cancer, or the ongoing impact of cancer, alone.
Refreshments will be served.
