Shared Parental leave

The Isle of Man will introduce new rights to Shared Parental leave on 1st November. The new rights are the final provisions of the Employment (Amendment) Act 2024 to be introduced, providing crucial support for parents during challenging times and ensuring the continued commitment to supporting family-friendly policies.

The event will be led by staff from the Department for Enterprise who had been involved in the development and implementation of the new rights. Come and find out what it means for employees and employers and to ask any questions.
