In The Frame: October Event!

In addition to our monthly showcase of many wonderful local and regional short films, this month’s event includes Shared Screen, Shared Lives, and is listed with the Fun Palaces weekend celebrations.

Shared Screen, Shared Lives is an open roundtable discussion inviting everyone’s input to shape future community-centric film content. Working from the In The Frame's recent short film, Lucky Penny, attendees will have the opportunity to share thoughts and ideas to create a story that collectively and inclusively represents the communities of Hartlepool.

A Fun Palace is a free event by local people for their own community. It brings people together to share their skills, passions and interests, and to show the world just how brilliant and packed full of genius their community is! In The Frame is all for that!!

Whether you’re a regular attendee, a casual moviegoer, or simply curious about something new, this event is for everyone. Join us at the Community Hub Central for an free afternoon to discover northern stories, connect with others, and enjoy a celebration of creativity and storytelling.

This is a free ticketed event. Refreshments will be provided.

This event is supported by the Hartlepool Borough Council via the Our Hartlepool fund.

Please get in touch if you have any access requirements.

Note that most content screened is not rated and does not have any trigger warnings.

Minimum 15 years old due to a partical film rating.
