Event description

Description

Age Action Alliance and Flourishing Lives invite you to our free workshop providing practical support for services for older people.

This is the latest in our popular series of talks exploring ideas and sharing knowledge across the sector.

This workshop is for organisations who want to enhance their understanding of intergenerational practice and develop projects and opportunities for closer connections between people across the life course.

We are delighted to have Vanda Carter from the London Intergenerational Network, Corinna Gray from Ageing Better in Camden and Intergenerational Project Artist Sue Mayo speaking at the session.

The workshop will cover the following topics:

  • Facilitating closer connections between age groups

  • Examining intergenerational activity toolkits

  • Making your organisation more age-inclusive

  • Challenging stereotypes and building age-friendly communities

  • Developing intergenerational practice from activity to programme

Join us to share ideas, refine your intergenerational practices and meet other progressive people who are striving to innovate and excel in services for older people.
