Join with others to look at the ideas that emerge when we look at art together. This will be an informal and in-depth discussion, drawing on the Graves Gallery permanent collection as inspiration.
Each month facilitator Rosie Carnall will pick a new question, topic, thought or idea and choose pieces of artwork around the gallery for you to explore, question and philosophise.
Rosie uses the Philosophy for Communities (P4C) method, a structured but flexible process for a group to find and discuss a big question. P4C gets you thinking creatively, critically, collaboratively and with care; thinking and talking together to delve into ideas more deeply. Rosie has years of experience in using this method and loves getting people to think, talk, and listen together.
All welcome, no experience required.
