Event description

Description

“Sharpen the Saw means preserving and enhancing the greatest asset you have - you.” Stephen Covey

RD1st is delighted to announce the launch of the brand new RD1st Advanced Course.

This three day course is designed to respond to the need and the desire amongst RD1st alumni for learning that builds on the RD1st main coaching training as well as on our diverse experience as coaches.

The Advanced Course will build and expand on the RD1st main course and will draw from other models and approaches to explore the relational and systemic aspects of our work with coachee/clients.

Working as a group to explore and learn from others, we will invite you to share your own experience and knowledge to engender a deeper confidence in who you are as a coach.

The three day programme will be both experiential – space to reflect, stretch, question, challenge – and tangible, offering new skills, tools and models for your unique coaching tool box.

'Pilot run': This first outing of the Advanced Course is offered at a reduced rate, as we will be inviting feedback from the participants to 'sharpen the saw' for the future Advanced Course Programmes.

We plan to publish further dates in March.

The course is designed and delivered by RD1st trainers Emma Haughton and Isabel Mortimer, both with extensive experience and breadth of training as coaches.
