No pressure at all! You're welcome to just listen and soak it in. But don’t be surprised if you end up sharing more than you thought — it happens often!

Is food provided?

Light snacks and refreshments are provided — nothing heavy, just something to nibble while we chat.

What should I bring?

Just yourself and maybe a notebook if you like jotting things down. Comfy clothes and open hearts welcome.
