Who is the event for?

An intimate event, introvert friendly and a safe space for woman who is emotionally, mentally and psychologically tired of living in a cycle of emotional overwhelm, feel stuck by life’s challenges, doesn't feel seen or heard, fear, limitation and who is ready to break free.

An invitation to hear women who have walked on the journey of healing and who are now rising in purpose. It is time to lay those burdens down, rise up, walk in healing, build foundation of healing for your next generation.

What time should I arrive?

Door will be open 15 minutes before the event to allow you to settle and have a glass of drink. Please, kindly arrive on time so we can start and end together.

Is there free parking?

No, but there is a pay and display parking on the street. Exact location of event will be shared with ticket holders.

I want to come but feel I will not fit in

Sis, I hear you! let me tell you a secret- I guess it's not a secret anymore lol. I used to dread going to events because it was crowded and would often seat at the back because I didn't want all eyes to be on me and that's the reason this event is an intimate one, I want you to be seen and heard.

It’s an event birthed through my personal experience of working with countless women and hearing the stories, often multigenerational one impacted by trauma, held back by untapped potential, trapped in self-sabotage, fearful of love and connection, weighted down by life’s challenges and questioning their worth.

She Heals, She Rises is an invitation to lay those burdens down. It’s time to rise up, walk in healing, embrace your purpose, and step boldly into the life you were created for.

As you heal and rise, you also build a healthy foundation for generations that will come after you, leaving a legacy of healing and purpose.
