Is there a speaker for this event?

Nope! This session is all about you. We want to hear from the amazing women in the room, so there’s no guest speaker, just genuine conversation, connection, and community.

Question 2

Will I have to do a scary 60-second pitch in front of everyone?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not! We don’t believe in putting people on the spot. Instead, you’ll join multiple  small breakout rooms of 3–4 women so that you can connect in a more relaxed and meaningful way.

How many people will be attending? Will I get to meet everyone?

Accepted Answer

There’s no cap on seats, we don’t believe in limiting opportunities. Our breakout room format means you’ll rotate and get a chance to meet everyone in a supportive, friendly setting.

Can I eat lunch during the session?

Yes! We’re meeting over lunchtime, so feel free to bring your lunch or a cuppa with you. No judgment, just come as you are.

Who’s hosting the session?

The session is hosted and gently facilitated by Clare Roberts-Molloy – Midlife Mindset Coach, TEDx organiser, and multi-passionate entrepreneur. Clare will make sure the space is welcoming, inclusive and inspiring.

Do I need to have a business to attend?

Not at all. SHE Networking is for any woman who’s curious about connection, whether you're running a business, exploring an idea, building a career, or simply looking to expand your circle.

Why is it free?

Because we believe in the power of women supporting women. Our mission is to grow supportive networks, spark new collaborations, and uncover unexpected inspiration, without barriers to entry.

What should I bring or prepare?

Just yourself and maybe a notebook if you like jotting things down. There’s no prep required, no pitches to memorise, just real conversations with like-minded women.

Is this open to all women?

Yes, all women are welcome. We especially love seeing midlife women taking up space, connecting, and realising it’s never too late to try something new.
