Join us at Lyttelton Playing Fields in Barnet for a powerful day of movement, sisterhood, and community as we celebrate women and girls through fitness and fun. Whether you're an experienced runner or taking your first stride, this event is for you.

Lace up your trainers and hit the course alongside fierce, uplifting women. Together, we’ll run, cheer, and rise — showing the world that women can and do lift each other every step of the way.

Frequently asked questions

Can I race with my dog?

Yes, dogs are welcome, but they must be kept on a short lead at all times.

Will there be food and refreshments on the day?

Yes! All runners will receive free bottled water, and food will be available to purchase both before and after the race.

I am under 18 can I still run?

Unfortunately not. But you are free to be a spectator and watch the runners!

I suffer from a serious health condition – can I still run?

We strongly recommend that you seek advice from your doctor or healthcare provider before taking part. All runners will be required to complete a health questionnaire and provide next of kin details prior to the event.

What if I fall ill while running?

Qualified first aiders and healthcare professionals will be on-site throughout the event to provide assistance if needed.

What if I’m late for the race?

We ask all runners to arrive by 7:30am for the welcome and set-up. The race will begin promptly at 8:30am, so please ensure you arrive on time to take part.

What time does the race start and finish?

The race will start at 09.00am and finish by 11.00am.

What clothes should I wear for the run?

We recommend wearing sportswear and appropriate footwear, such as running shoes or trainers. Please also bring a jumper or hoodie to keep warm before and after the race.

What will I get by taking part?

By taking part, you'll enjoy the satisfaction of completing a 5K race alongside like-minded individuals in your community, all while supporting great causes. You'll also receive a free t-shirt or flask on the day.

Will there be toilets on site?

Yes, there will be portable toilets available on the day.
