Meet the gentle, friendly personalities of Merlin, Galahad, Lancelot, Teddy, Berel and Rhubarb and enjoy the benefits of interacting with their unique qualities as therapy sheep. We will walk around the fields stroke and intereact with the sheep, and guide you through techniques to create clay sheep, drawing inspiration from these gentle inhabitants and their idyllic scenery they call home.
What you will experience
Working with clay whilst the sheep wander happily around us, studying them and how they move in order to create our clay pieces. Allowing their woolly wonders to spark our artistic imagination!
Whether you have worked with clay before, or you are a complete beginner, you will receieve expert guidance, hands on instructions and personalised tuition.
This is a great way to re connect with nature and focus on what we see and feel.
Need to know
You will sit at a table in a field to work with the clay. This is an outdoor event, with wandering animals so please wear sturdy footwear. There are no toilets but there are facililties to wash your hands. Bring something to drink it might be thirsty work! There will be a sign to direct you to the right place, please park in the layby opposite.
The unpredictability of the English weather may cause us to have to cancel this event. If we need to cancel the event, you will be informed and fully refunded via Eventbrite.
