Sheffield Carers Centre invite you to join the launch of our new 'pathways for carers' event at 2pm on Tuesday 7 June 2022. We'll explain how the new system will streamline the process of referring unpaid carers so they can access the support services we provide. The presentation and demonstration will be followed by a Q&A session to ensure you have all the information required to help carers 'join our community' and receive the support they need.
