We’re doing things a little differently! We're not having a speaker; instead, some of our regular attendees will be sharing the learnings they've gained in property.

Our networking will be informal this month — and yes, there’ll be FREE PIZZA!

If you want to push yourself out of your comfort zone and share your learning with the group, just pop us an email back. All levels of experience are welcome — you might not have done your first deal yet, but you may have learnt some really insightful things from deals that fell through or ones you just didn’t do.

We host on a Sunday morning as a lot of our group invest in the area but live elsewhere so miss the usual evening networking events. So this is an opportunity to meet others who are investing in the area and make the most of their weekend trips.

Your £5 entrance fee covers free tea, coffee and biscuits at the event.

The Venue

Alder is a newly refurbished bar in the popular Kelham area of Sheffield. It’s approximately 15 mins from the M1 or 25 mins walk from the train station.
