Sheffield PA Network turns one! Let's celebrate!
Come join us for a fun-filled celebration as we mark our first year milestone!
This FREE event will be held at Sharrow Community Forum, 10am - 2:30pm with lunch provided in the middle of the day! (You are also welcome to attend just the morning workshop at 10am - 12pm, or the afternoon at 1pm - 2:30pm. More details on the workshops below)
As we look ahead at our plans for the PA network next year we invite you to take some time for your own self refelction, which brings us to the theme of our special event:
To celebrate our birthday we have teamed up with Kath Horner and Social Care Heroes to bring you a day of self-connection through mindful neaurographical art in the morning followed by self refelction, connection and setting mindful goals that will nourish the next period of your life, in the afternnon.
We will break at 12pm for lunch, which will be available to all our attendees as a birthday gift from us! We will then begin the afternoon session at 1, finishing at 2:30pm. Can't make the whole day? We have worked with both Kath and Twiddlefood (Vikki Garbett of Social Care Heroes) in the past, and love the work they offer. Kath will ground us and lead us into a space of peace and calm with her mindful art workshop whilst Vikki will empower us to think big and set realisitic joyful goals, looking at the wheel of life to create balance, finishing with creating a vision board.
The tools shared in both the morning and afternoon workshop can be used time and time again! This is one not to be missed!
