We welcome anyone interested in property to our meet-up. It’s an informal gathering in a private venue at the Alder Bar in Sheffield. Agents, trades and anyone involved in property investing and the related services are also encouraged to come along.

This event is held in a very relaxed setting where you can really spend time speaking with others in property. There's no expectations about knowledge or how many deals you've done (or not done!). The aim is to make connections, provide value and friendship to each other and if there's business to be done at the end of it, that's a bonus.

We host on a Sunday morning as a lot of our group invest in the area but live elsewhere so miss the usual evening networking events. So this is an opportunity to meet others who are investing in the area and make the most of their weekend trips.

Your £3 entrance fee covers free tea, coffee and biscuits at the event.

Alder is a newly refurbished bar in the popular Kelham area of Sheffield. It’s approximately 15 mins from the M1 or 25 mins walk from the train station.
