Event description
A pub heritage walk in central Sheffield.

About this event

DUE TO COVID-19 - THIS EVENT MAY BE CANCELLED AT SHORT NOTICE

This event is a short walking tour around some of the entries in the Campaign for Real Ale (CAMRA): 'Sheffield's Real Heritage Pubs' and 'Yorkshire's Real Heritage Pubs’ books.

We will commence at ‘Fagan's’ and proceed to the ‘Dog and Partridge’ via a short stop outside the ‘Grapes.’ After a short refreshment break, we will proceed past the 'Beehive,' the ‘Red Deer’ and ‘Bloo88,’ before completing the walk at ‘The Bath Hotel.’

An audio description of a similar 2017 walk is available (Sheffield Live! Radio), as is a blog report.

Participants are advised to travel by public transport. The 'West Street' Supertram stop is mid-way between the start and finish.

If you book a place and then find that you are unable to attend, please use Eventbrite to cancel your place - thanks.

This event is part of both Heritage Open days 2021 and Sheffield Walking Festival 2021.
