A night of Scottish Cheese

Scottish cheese is one of the finest in the world! The grass, weather, landscape and people are well suited to cheese-making. In the past the short making season lean towards traditional cheeses - bigger, hard cheeses, robust and full flavoured. The advent of modern temperature-controlled facilities has revived cheesemaking in small creameries and farms across Scotland. Today there are soft cheese, amazing blues, creamy goats and innovative artisan cheeses from more than two dozen cheese makers – and we are choosing eight to celebrate a nation of lush grasslands and extraordinary food and drink!

We will be serving them up with the usual fab breads, fruits, chutneys and crackers – come along and discover some incredible Scottish cheese!
