Welcome to the Sheffield event page of The Eclectic Wedding Extravaganza Meet The Flockers Tour 2025
Join us at Trafalgar Warehouse in Sheffield for a day filled with alternative non-traditional wedding inspiration and creativity. Meet talented vendors, designers, and artists ready to make your special day unique and unforgettable. From alternative to traditional, find everything you need to plan your dream wedding. Venue: Trafalgar Warehouse, 120 Trafalgar St, City Centre, S1 4JT
There will be 2 separate sessions on Sunday 19th October 2025 :-
Morning session 11-2pm & Matinee session 2-5pm
Matinee session will include a quieter time of 4-5pm to make the show more enjoyable for those who may feel overwhelmed or have sensory needs
Our desire is simple; to encourage couples to shake off the shackles of wedding conformity and showcase the very best of alternative and non-traditional wedding industry suppliers, who are also known as The Baaad Ass Mother Flockers!! (Aka Baad ass Mo Flo’ s) who all offer a diverse and eclectic feast of all things wedding in a fun, friendly and relaxed environment.
The key to the show is fun, have fun with your wedding and don’t feel pressured in to something that just isn’t EWE.
As always kids, big or small are welcome, under 16's can attend for free and don't need a ticket.
There will be some fabulous prizes to be won in our renowned Sheep hunt. Oh and don’t forget to join our facebook group and keep up to date with all the news and pre-show competitions.

If you are arriving by car then there are cheap pay and display car parks in the surrounding streets. If you are arriving by train It is a 15 min walk or short cab ride to the venue

All tickets are non-refundable. Should our show have to be post-poned due to Covid restrictions or lockdown then your tickets will be valid for the future date:)
No simply show the ticket on your phone and we'll scan your QR code to sign you in. If you don't have a smart phone then you'll need to bring the printed ticket for us to scan.
Not at all, as long as they have the ticket with the scannable QR code they can enter the show, the QR code is unique so only one person can enter the show per ticket.
We are always thinking of ways to be as inclusive as possible. Part of that is introducing quiet hours for the shows. If you struggle with crowds or noise then we are going to have quiet hours for the last hour each show date. During this time we won't have loud music or activities.
Absolutely, we welcome little lambs! Under 16's go free and don't need a ticket. Simply book your adult tickets.
At our Birmingham and Sheffield shows we welcome well behaved dogs. They must however be kept on a short lead at all times. Sadly our Bristol venue does not allow dogs.
Yes you absolutely can however the ticket price is higher on the door (£10 each).
We ask suppliers who want to donate a prize and take part to have a sheep on their stand. You just need to find out the name of the suppliers sheep and pop it down on the form you'll be given when you arrive. Fill in the ones you want a chance of winning, hand it back and keep your fingers crossed
Yes absolutely. We choose all of our venues based on their accessibility as we want everyone to be able to come and enjoy their day with us and be able to meet all our talented flockers.
