Event description
Are you a private renter in Bristol? Not sure of your rights? Come along to our online workshop on Thursday 29 April to get some advice.

About this Event

Shelter is running this workshop for private renters, so you can find out about your rights as a renter, get free housing advice and chat to other renters about changes you think should be made to the renting system.

Sign up if you'd like to understand where you stand when it comes to eviction notices, joint tenancies, deposits and deductions, and repairs being done, and ask our advisers any questions you have.

Come along to our online workshop from 6-7pm on Thursday 29 April 2021.

There are 20 places available for this workshop.

Please register for the event and we will send you a Zoom link the day before.

Before the workshop, please email any questions you have about your rights as a renter to daisy_picking@shelter.org.uk.

If you need urgent housing advice, please call the Shelter Bristol Hub on 0344 515 1430. If your landlord is taking you to court to evict you, Shelter’s solicitors may be able to represent you if you have a defence. Please call the Shelter Bristol Hub or email Gareth_Owen@shelter.org.uk to find out more.
