Is there parking available?

Yes, there is a small car park on site. You are also able to park on Nursery Road or other surrounding streets. All parking is FREE

Is the building accessible?

There are a few steps up to the front door. Once inside, there a few steps down to where the games will be.  There is no disabled toilet.

Question 3

Do you have refreshments available?

Accepted Answer

Yes. As part of the hire conditions of the pub, every attendee at Time To Play needs to purchase at least one drink from the bar. Snacks will also be available. The pub does not serve hot food, however they are happy for takeaways to be brought into the premises.

Will there be anything available to purchase?

Yes. There will be games and merchandise available.

Question 5

Will I be able to take games home with me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You will be able to purchase brand new games.  There will also be the opportunity to hire games to play in your own home for a maximum period of 10 days.

Question 6

What if I break the game or box, or loose any of the pieces at the event?

Accepted Answer

If this happens, please let me know! If the game and box are still in a suitable and playable condition, there will be nothing to pay. If the game is unusable, a fee will be payable. This will be the equivalent of the deposit price for the game if it was hired. Prices will be on show at the venue.

If I book a ticket for the event but am then unable to attend, can I receive a refund?

No, sorry. All ticket sales are final.

Are children allowed to attend?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but please let me know when booking.  Please note that under 6s will not be admitted.
