Nearby, yes. There are two car parks, short and long stay, within a 5 minute walk of the hall. Culverhayes Car Park, DT9 3ED.

Are toilets available.

Yes. There are toilet facilities including disabled toilets and baby changing facilities, all on the ground floor.

Do I have to book / reserve a space?

No. You have the option to, and that helps us to understand when the peak times will be, though you will absolutely be welcomed to the event with or without booking.

What time will the event be open to the public?

The event will be open from 9am - 12 midday. You may come at any time, and stay as long as you need to, in order to speak to all the exhibitors you wish to.

Who is this event open to?

EVERYONE IS WELCOME. This event is open to everyone - irrespective of whether you live in Sherborne, or are a customer of Yeovil Job Centre - or not. Whether you're ready for paid work now, or need some support to help you get there, you will find something for you at this event!

Do I need to bring my CV?

If you have your CV with you, it will enable employers to begin to progress you quicker should you wish. Please don't worry however, as you will always be able to provide employers with this at a later date.

A fantastic collaboration between Yeovil Job Centre, and Bradfords of Sherborne - has enabled us to put on this wonderful event for the local community.

I don't live in Sherborne - will there be something there for me?

Absolutely, yes! We have employers from across the local area in attendance on the day, as well as Somerset-wide career support services, who can provide career guidance and support should you wish.

I don't feel ready to start work immediately - should I attend?

Yes! We understand that people are at different stages of their individual journey. If you're not currently at the stage when you're ready to step into paid employment, you can still speak to one of our support services in attendance, who can help you to progress at the pace that's right for you.
