Join one of the Sherbourne Valley Project team members, for a relaxing and mindful session on using photography around the grounds of Charterhouse . Take in the peaceful enviroment while working on being mindful, using all your senses to bring some calm into your life.no need for any fancy equipment just yourself and any device that allows you to take a photo.

Nearest public transport?

By bus You can jump on the X18 (Stagecoach bus) to Stratford from Stop TS2 near Sainsbury’s in Coventry city centre, arriving on London Road right by the entrance to Charterhouse (nearest stop – Acacia Avenue) in just 10 minutes. The X18 runs every 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can catch the 3

Do I have to stay for the whole time?

No, feel free to to leave the walk at anytime just make sure you let the leader know before you leave

What refreshments will be provided?

There is a cafe at Charterhouse should you wish to purchase any food or drink, otherwise it is advisable to bring a drink with you especially on warmer days, you may also want to bring a snack.

What do I need to wear / bring with me?

Comfortable clothes and shoes that are suitable for the current weather.

Is there a space I can use for prayer / meditation or if i find myself overstimulated .

This is an outdoor only event however we would be happy to find a quiet area to suit your needs .Please feel free to contact us to discuss .

What's the terrain like is it suitable for a wheelchair or pushchair. Is there any shelter ?

The ground can be uneven but there is a pathway suitable for the grounds just outside charterhouse. If you wanted to go exploring into the wooded area along the river you may struggle. We can be guided by how people feel on the day as to how far we move around
