"Rifa's vision board workshop was a powerful experience for me. Spending time in a room full of wonderful and interesting women, all having permission to play and dream, was inspirational. The finished poster now hangs in a frame next to my bed so it's one of the first things I see in the morning. I get a boost each time I see the positive images and affirmations. It helps keep me on track." Tia Dunn, actor
"I really enjoyed the vision board workshop with Rifa. It was inspiring to be around other like-minded people, and learn how to vision board. It really taught me how to look deeper into myself and then assign realistic goals. All those goals continue to manifest or have been manifested! It certainly allowed me to believe in myself a lot more and learn to aim higher. Here's to an amazing 2022!" Arti Pattni, Senior Business Analyst
"The vision board workshop was just what I needed at a pivotal time in my life. I'd just bought my first property on my own and had felt a bit overwhelmed with the responsibility, even though I'd been mentally preparing for it for several years. The vision board workshop really helped clarify a lot of things for me. Up until that point I'd been incredibly career-focused. Meeting all the wonderful women in the workshop, the ease at which everyone shared their goals and aspirations really helped to unscramble my thoughts.
It helped me acknowledge that I wanted to shift my focus from being so career orientated to thinking more about treating myself better. As well as focusing more on improving my relationships with friends, family and my spouse. I was just reflecting back on the last 2 years and how much has come to fruition, based on that vision board. I remember showing the vision board to my boyfriend and us chatting about our future. Now we're engaged and planning our wedding. We've supported each other through a very challenging year with the pandemic and come out the other side with new jobs that provide a better work/life balance for us. It's very exciting!" Nicola Bamford, Physiotherapist
