Do I need to know what I'm doing?

No experience necessary. Just come and give it a go.

Is there refreshments available

Yes, Hot and Cold drinks available from the cafe. Maybe even cake if we're lucky.

Shibari is an ancient form of Japanese bondage, literally translating to "to tie," or "to bind." It's not inherently sexual, although it can be. Many practice it as a form of meditation, or simply to enjoy the beautiful knots and patterns created by the rigging artist.
