Shift Live - No.1
Following on from the success of our ‘Open for Business' launch event back in October, we are now launching a series of game changing shindigs for your pleasure, introducing Shift Live.
With free food, drinks flowing and a series of short, insightful and energetic talks from leading industry professionals including:
- Mark Stratford, Industrial Designer at Black & Decker
- Allan Smith, MD at Trust Print Consultants
- Katherine Wildman, Creative Director & Copywriter at Haydn Grey
- Oliver Baxter, Psychology of new ways of working at Herman Miller
- Lalya Gaye, Digital Media Artist
Shift Live No.1 will introduce our new online platform, offering you the chance to apply for the latest internships positions, or to become a Shift Mentor. To end the afternoon, we'll have stand-up from fabulous comic, Fern Brady, to get you in the mood for our knock-out after party!
To top it all off, we're throwing an after party with an amazing line up of bands, ending the night with one of Newcastle's most popular DJ's - this is one exclusive event not to be missed.
The shindig will take place at the Think Tank, Hoults Yard just up from the Ouseburn, Newcastle upon Tyne. Find out more about the space here.
