'Customer Experience' is well known and prioritised by many. We're seeing more and more companies reorganise internally to focus on 'Employee Experience'. This event is for us to explore and learn how to do this, including looking at organisational and team structures, and roles and responsibilities.
Deep-dives are more intimate events designed for us to learn from each other. We'll:
Learn practical examples: Hear stories of what worked and what didn't.
Get access: Meet others leading the develop of their company cultures.
Form a support network: Develop relationships that last beyond the evening.
