Shifting Stories

This session will be run by Andrew Scott, and will be based on the approach developed in his book, Shifting Stories. This centres on helping people to recognise the unhelpful stories they carry about in their heads, to discover alternative more helpful stories, and to make those more helpful stories come true!

Andrew will introduce the approach briefly, take us through a coaching case study using the approach, and then we will get to try the approach out in pairs, and finally discuss our experience.

Therefore this will be a highly participative CPD session, offering the chance to experience another approach to coaching that can be extremely powerful.

Andrew Scott is a freelance coach, facilitator and trainer with over 30 years' experience. His clients have included major blue chip organisations, many of the UK's universities, as well as professional partnerships and not-for-profit organisations. He enjoys living in the beauty of the English Lake District.

Note: A nominal charge of £5 will be collected on the door.
