About this event
shiMMer 2023 has been designated as an intiMMate experience with selected authors having the chance to really connect with their fans. All the usual shiMMer ingredients will be in the mix, plus the time to get down to the nitty gritty of why we love gay romance so much. Fewer authors means more time to spend together... There will also be the chance to socialise together on the Friday and Saturday nights, plus an event on the Sunday morning too.
The Crowne Plaza Hotel in Solihull is absolutely perfect for us shiMMery attendees. The rooms are fab and we have an exclusive suite for the signing. We can park for free and also use the leisure facilities. There is a ball room for our post shiMMer gala dinner, plus amazing event space to suit all our needs. We know you're going to love it there. Of coure, Solihull is just down the road from Birmingham. It's easily accessible for all travellers and there are lots of restaurants nearby.
