Description

Come and spend a day being nourished; mind, body and soul! Designed for mums of children with additional needs, this retreat aims to pack in everything you would find on a weekend yoga retreat, but in one day! Come and learn pranayama breathing, do some deep nourishing yoga practice, have your taste buds tickled with some homemade vegan food, learn more about yoga philosophy and let your mind float away with a deep hypnotherapy-influenced yoga nidra session. Leave feeling refreshed, relaxed and charged up for spring.

The Bedminster Quaker Meeting House is a fantastic venue, with easy parking; as well as the beautful main room, there is a meditation garden there where we can eat our lunch and relax if the weather is good.

Please either arrive empty bellied or eat very light before we start - don't worry, mid-morning snacks, tea and a good lunch will be provided, as will some of Tomasin's yummy raw Chocolate! Wear comfy loose clothes. Mats, blocks and blankets will be provided, but please feel free to bring extra layers, blankets and cushions; and bring an item that represents "Spring' to you, to put on our Shrine.
