Join us for Vinyasa Yoga at CanaryWall Climbing Centre – Saturdays at 10:30 AM
Starting from September 6th, join us every Saturday morning at 10:30 AM for a dynamic 60-minute vinyasa yoga class at the CanaryWall Climbing Centre.
This session is designed to warm up your body and cool your mind, blending yoga with music for a truly unique and immersive experience. You’ll move through creative sequences guided by a curated music remix that helps you sync your breath with the rhythm—deepening your connection and flow.
This class is open to all levels—whether you're a seasoned yogi or completely new to the mat, you'll be encouraged to move at your own pace in a welcoming, non-judgmental space.
What to bring:
- A yoga mat (a limited number will be available)
- A water bottle to stay hydrated
- A warm layer for savasana (final relaxation pose)
Please arrive at least 5 minutes early, as the class begins promptly at 10:30 AM.
Access is through the main entrance of CanaryWall Climbing Centre—the friendly front desk team will be happy to direct you to the Yoga Room.
