What is Kundalini Energy

In short, It is the life force energy that can unlock the access to greater pleasure, realizations, creativity, deep connections, altered consciousness, purpose, motivation, states of bliss and healing.

How can Kundalini Energy by activated

Kundalini energy can be activated through 432 Hz ,  movement, Yoga, bodywork, breath, transcendental meditation, sexual union, divine connection, activation of the senses, dance. At the AOMT offer courses that activate Kundalini through many of the above mentioned techniques however this particular vehicle is through powerful music played to you on 432 Hz frequency

How do you know when you are activated 

It is important to remember that each of us are completely different so for some people they may release noise and vibration from their throat chakra, others whole body involuntary movement, shaking, intense sensations, tingles, to more subtle experiences that are inner journeys with profound realisations being unveiled.

The brain is gradually being rewired and new neural pathways are being forged as the frequency is filtered into your inner world.

What happens in a Kundalini Activation class?

This can be an in-person class or online, individuals are invited to lay down in a comfy space on a bed or yoga mat.

If  an in-person course, we will play the specially formulated music in the activation frequency, an accredited vessel of awakening – Jennifer Surch or one of the elite team, will go around the group guiding the energy to flow freely around you.

What would that entail energy work, that you may only be subtly aware is happening for example you might feel light tapping along your meridians or around the chakras, transmissions.

Energy flow techniques, working with the micro cosmic orbit, the infinity cycle of 8 around the meridians, of free flowing up and down the body.

Rituals, movement & processes

Remote Sessions

If this is a remote session you will be guided through the process remotely.

The transmitting will activate starting at the crown chakra, then third eye and work its way down to the root chakra.

Once in the Root chakra this activates the kundalini energy, which can then be circulated as a free-flowing life force energy all around the body.

Variations:

This can also be guided around the micro cosmic orbit, the infinity cycle of 8 around the meridians, of free flowing up and down the body.

Grounding

The sessions are ended with a grounding and rooting process sealing each individual inside their own impenetrable bubble for protection.

✅ Attend 1 in-person activation where you give and receive and activation

✅ Attend 1 online activation

If you wish to work with the AOMT you will be required to

✅ Co-facilitate 2 in-person events, this will all be handled on a 121 basis for arranging.

🎓 Once completed, you will become an Accredited Kundalini Activator Practitioner!
