With hosted revenues now representing the largest percentage of total ShoreTel revenue, the ShoreTel leadership team will provide unique perspectives on how the business is continuing to drive growth both now and in the future. Don will reflect on ShoreTel’s journey to the cloud and how ShoreTel is aligned to the global market opportunity. Adrian will talk about the impact of the ‘as-a-service’ model, technology partner ecosystems, the recent launch of ShoreTel Connect CloudTM and the relentless focus on ‘cloud first’ product innovation.

Gary will discuss how the outdated mindset of cold calling and isolated ‘silver bullet’ activities that still prevails in the tech sector is leading to diminishing returns and disappointment. Helping partners to drive demand is a core value within ShoreTel. Michael will present the latest updates and innovations to ShoreTel’s ward winning partner program including the introduction of the Partner Marketing Hub with the ability to automatically launch co-branded digital marketing campaigns complete with analytics in order to take immediate action on ‘hot’ leads.

14.30 – 15.30 Back to the ABM Future. Ricky Abbot, Strategy Director, Pulse

If you work in B2B marketing and haven’t heard the term ABM, then you’ve probably been living under a rock. It seems difficult to go a day on LinkedIn without seeing at least 20 articles on ABM, or a minimum of 30 posts on Twitter, but this traction raises some interesting questions: what is the next big fad, and what will happen to ABM? Ricky will discuss how ABM is really just marketing blending contextual content, delivered at the right time to a target audience that wants to buy from you.
